Variations, Tips, and Serving Suggestions

There are many different variations and substitutions you can make for these strawberry drinks. For example, instead of using fresh strawberries, you could use frozen strawberries. You could also use strawberry flavored syrup if you wanted (will likely need to add more ice if using syrup however). Generally though, fresh strawberries are the best if you have access to them.

You can also make these sugar free by using your favorite sugar substitute such as Splenda or Truvia sweetener.

For serving, you can put them in chilled cocktail glasses and garnish with lime wedges or fresh strawberry wedges. You can also make a large batch ahead of time and serve it in a punch bowl with fresh strawberries and lime wedges in it. If serving in a punch bowl, you may want to place your punch bowl inside a larger bowl filled with ice to help keep the drink cool and refreshing.
